The PTO 06 lathe chuck safety guard protects the operator from direct contact with the upper part of the lathe chuck and coolant spray.
Equipped with a steel and polycarbonate semicircular shield.
Adjustable for a close fit to the head stock.
The shield, bent at 100°, makes it particularly suitable for small lathes with the same conformation.
Can be attached to the base from the front or the side.
Complete with safety micro switch conforming to EN 1088. The micro switch will stop the machine from operating when the guard is in the open position.
We can guarantee our "Next generation" standard machine guards do not disrupt the operators workflow whilst maintaining maximum safety at all times.
All our Machine guards are in conformance with P.U.W.E.R (1998) and come with a certificate of conformity.
