The end client is very particular with regards aesthetics as well as functionality and in order to meet these requirements it was necessary to make certain adjustments. Both Jamie and Kerry were very responsive and logical in their approach to resolving any issues and bringing the installation to a successful conclusion.
In such circumstances I feel it only fair to let you know as I'm sure most people let you know when they are unhappy but are not so quick to let you know when your installation teams go that little bit further.
