Sponmech design and manufacture three different types of hand-crafted perimeter safety fencing systems that are custom built for durability and reliability. We supply Webster and Bennett guards from stock designs, and we supply Horizontal boring machine guards from stock designs. We provide standard lathe, milling machine, drilling machine and grinding machine guards.
Sponmech is equipped with a full in-house CAD Design facility using the very latest inventor package Autodesk Inventor 2021. Amongst our armor of machinery there includes CNC punch pressing machines, CNC press braking machines and CNC guillotines. We work with a range of materials from Stainless Steel to Polycarbonate.
Sponmech has the capacity and experience to deliver very large scale projects. A large majority of our work is Powder Coat finished in our on-site powder coating facility. We offer a wide range of colours from stock.
