For your machinery to be PUWER 98 compliant, we need to see copies of your PUWER 98 survey, or we can do this for you at cost. All machinery guarding designed and manufactured by Sponmech come with certificates of conformity, are fully HSE compliant and where the application requires it, will also be CE marked.

All of our engineers are accredited, safety trained and all carry national safety passports.
From an initial consultation we communicate with you throughout the process. Our design team produces detailed drawings based on our 40 plus years’ experience in the industry and with your approval, our specialist fabricators produce a solution using our guarding systems. Access safety fencing, our stock modular system, Guardian our heavy-duty guard system or a combination of standard and bespoke guards. Whatever is the best solution for your project, we will provide it.
Sponmech can 3D CAD design any robotics machinery guarding system including rise and fall doors, high speed roller doors and forklift loading doors. We also supply light scanners and light guards, and we can manufacture bespoke light guard mounting stands to suit.
We will ensure that your guarding is compliant with all relevant British standards for machinery guarding.
