Model MTS

CLEERVUE Drillguards give full protection from quill to drill point by the smooth telescopic action of the Guards, which collapse as the drill penetrates the workpiece, returning to the extended position when the spindle is raised. 

Models MT, MTS and HTS have a strong construction of aluminum extrusions with chip breaking leading edges.

Visors are constructed from scratch resistant polycarbonate. Model BT is made from injection moulded high impact polycarbonate which offers clear and safe vision through both body and vizor; this construction makes the BT virtually indestructible. In the operating position the guard is securely locked in the closed position by a spring-loaded plunger pin assembly, when released the guard hinges up allowing instant access for drill and chuck change. 

All Cleervue drillguards comply fully with BS EN 292, "Safety of Machinery" Adjustable Guards.
