All guard panels and posts are TIG welded from Stainless steel with the mesh on the outside and removable panels where required for easy cleaning. Classic 50 x 50 posts from stainless steel are used with 25 x 25 x 1.5 stainless steel box section panels and 25 x 25 x 3 welded stainless-steel mesh.Sponmech are fitting the equipment on Saturdays by arrangement when the plant is down for a cleaning day. All the guards are 3D CAD designed well in advance to get buy off from the bakery production team before installation.
