Sponmech have just completed a large-scale safety guarding project for TATA Steel, Shotton Works on behalf of KCS Herr Voss UK Ltd.

Part 1
Sponmech supplied TATA with their popular 'Access Budget' safety fencing system. The fully assembled hinged access doors with key locking handles and interlocking saved both time and money on-site.The meta top fixing brackets and 60x60 strong posts were specified with 100x20x3 weld mesh Penta standard panels.
Sponmech manufactured special size and special shaped guard panels at their Halesowen works to suit the site requirements.
Part 2
As the second part of this project Sponmech manufactured special acoustic paneling for TATA's Coater Room walls & roof. The sparkling stainless steel coater room enclosure was custom designed on Inventor 3d CAD by Sponmech under the brief of KCS Herr Voss UK Ltd. Special fire doors and windows completed the guarding system.
