Noise Control Enclosure for CNC Router Machines

Noise reducing acoustic enclosure surrounds CNC Router

Sponmech have extensive experience in the design, manufacture and installation of acoustic enclosures for noisy CNC Router machines.

Noisy CNC routers are often installed into the UK market with sound levels well above the 80 Decibel threshold and often in place where other employees have to spend their working day in close proximity.

These machines can be used for working plastics, aluminium, laminates or other materials some of which can amplify the noise above the level even further. All day long exposure to this kind noise level and the potential for hearing loss over time is an issue that can be overcome with a noise reducing acoustic enclosure.

Sponmech are experts at designing and manufacturing enclosures to make everyone’s working day so much more pleasant. Insurers are happy with a lower risk and companies happier with lower premiums.

Please see example CAD design drawings in the gallery of this article.
