Sponmech provide a full in-house 3D CAD design service. We design machine guarding, acoustic enclosures and machine safety fencing. Using the latest inventor package Autodesk product design suite 2021, drawings are produced for customer approval. We design all of our safety systems in accordance with all relevant BS EN standards. We can also work to a customer's own design.
All manufacture at Sponmech is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 quality assurance procedures. Our production team is made up of highly skilled engineers. Using state of the art machinery, including the latest CNC machinery, the team acquire raw materials and manufacture them into quality, finished products.
All machinery guards designed by Sponmech come with a declaration of conformity. This provides customers with the guarantee that their guards comply fully with current machine safety standards. All projects at Sponmech are inspected and monitored for quality, in accordance with our quality management system.
Sponmech offer nationwide delivery on all of their machine guards, acousic enclosures and machine safety fencing systems. Many of our goods are palleted and shrink wrapped for despatch or are sent out by parcel delivery to the customer. Our standard machine shop guards are in stock for immediate delivery.
Sponmech offer a complete installation service nationwide. All of our engineers are accredited, safety trained and all carry national safety passports. Method statements and risk assessments are also available on request. Sponmech has 30 years + experience in the installation of machinery guards, acoustic enclosures and machine safety fencing.
