The OPTIGUARD range of Magnetic Safety Shields are vital aids to production and although developed for cente, lathes, on which frequent set-ups are the rule, any of the series can be used on all other machines. The powerful magnetic base of each model holds it fast to any ferrous surface, yet is instantly removable. Tough polycarbonatescreen give safe vision without exposing an operator to the dangers of coolant splash.

Models 01 and 05 have a flat screen with top curvature and are attached to a permanent magnet by a flexible stem which enables the screen to be rapidly positioned at any stage.
Models 00-1 and 03 have the same type of screen and are attached to a powerful on/off magnet by a rigid arm with precision ball and socket mounting assembly enabling the screen to be positively adjusted and locked in any position.

All models have polycarbonate screens.
